Server
Experienced servers needed for our family owned restaurant.
Must have experience with verifiable references.
Hours available: Tuesday - Friday: 11am-3pm and 4pm-7pm

Responsibilities
-
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
-
Attend to customers upon entrance
-
Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
-
Take and serve orders
-
Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
-
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
-
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
-
Issue bills and accept payment
Skills
-
Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience

Hands-on experience in cashier duties
-
Attention to cleanliness and safety

Patience and customer-oriented approach

Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

Responsible and trustworthy
Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service

Summer Youth Culinary Arts Program
Do you love cooking? Well then you have come to the right place! We are so excited to kick off our Summer Youth Culinary Arts Summer Program for young adults between the ages of 14-18.
​
Our program is an exciting and educational experience that will transform your student’s culinary dream into reality.
Our interns will learn from Chef Sandi herself on food prep, cooking techniques, proper use of kitchen tools and more.
​
Kitchen safety and etiquette will be one of the first topics covered. Students will work on knife skills, food preparation, sanitation standards and proper kitchen prep. Properly preparing for a dinner service teaches organization, focus and teamwork. These are skills that will carry into their lives outside of our summer program.
